I was 15 years old and I was locked up in juvenile detention center for assault on an officer and well my cell mate was picking a fight with me and all of a sudden a gun appeared in my bed and I was startled and I didn't know what to do, but I was getting madder and madder because she just kept on messin' with me so I picked it up and I shot her numerous times until she was dead. After that I dropped the gun and screamed and yelled I killed her, over and over again. Then the ambulance came I told the police every thing that happened and of course they didn't believe me and they thought I was mentally crazy which I had to of have been, but they took me to a mental institution for 2 years to serve my time . To me it just doesn't seem like 2 years is enough time when someone has taken the life of another human being. It's just not right, but life isn't fair.
